how do you connect a blu-ray dvd player to the Adcom GTP-760.The adcom only has 1 optical input.?

I use the optical output from the hdtv to the adcom's optical input.So now where do I plug the bluray into on the rear panel?

You cant. You need a Toslink switch.

Go to www.monoprice.com and look for "Optical switch" or "toslink switch". You will find mechanical units for something like $8 each and more expensive ones with remotes for more money.

WAIT:

If you run HDMI to the TV, the TV should output the sound through it's optical output. You dont need to hook the BluRay player to the Adcom. The TV will act like the 'switch'.
