I need help creating a birthday party idea. It can be themed, or something random, but just something everyone and I would enjoy. I want to invite at least 15 people, but maybe more depending on the party idea. Feel free to suggest ANYTHING (water balloon fights, going to an interesting place, etc.)

My birthday is in January and I live in Florida. I wanted to have a pool party, but it's too cold for that. Of course, there's no snow here either.

I'm not interested in (but I still might accept):
- Movies (I did that for my previous birthdays three years in a row)
- Karaoke
- Arcade places (dave and busters, boomers, etc.)
- Dance party (I cannot dance, but I'll have music)

I'm interested in (but not limited to):
- Laser tag
- Restaurant (maybe)
- Any color except pink
