Turntable With Integrated Amplifier?
Can anyone recommend me a good turntable with an integrated amplifier and with a headphone socket built in? or would i have to buy the turntable and amplifier separate to each other? I am on a tight budget (like everyone) but i'd love to have some vinyl stuff in my music collection and like i say i really don't have that much money to spend. Any helpful answers are appreciated!
I don't need speakers ( my room is too small : ( ), i just use headphones.
There are no "good" turntables with built in amplifiers. They are the sort of thing you see in those freebie junk mail catalogues, that come through your letter box every now and then.
The best budget turntable amplifier combination you can buy, would be something like a Tangent Amp 50 amplifier (which you can get for about £50), plus a Pro-Ject Genie 2 turntable (which sells for around £150).
There are cheaper turntables out there (from companies like Ion and Bush), but they aren't "good".
You don't mention speakers in your question. Do you need them, too?
